Why aren't my tickets being entered into draws yet?

All Direct Debits (ours and others) are subject to the 'Direct Debit Guarantee'. This provides consumer protection to allow a 'cooling-off' period for any purchases. We try and make the process as quick as possible and enter tickets paid by Direct Debit into the next available draw after this period has ended but it can take 8-10 days to settle the payment.

Your tickets will become active 3 working days after the payment has been successfully made.

If you want to avoid this delay and get entered in to the soonest possible draw, you can pay by card instead. This would mean the payment gets taken straight away and subsequent payments get taken using the card details and not a direct debit.
