How do I add or remove tickets?

If your situation changes, you can always amend the amount of tickets you hold, or buy additional tickets for another cause. To do this, follow the steps below.

 

How to add tickets 
  1. Login to your account, then from the buttons at the top right of the screen click 'Your Account’
  2. From this page click on ‘Your Tickets’
  3. Above your tickets there are 5 buttons click on ‘Add Tickets’ to increase the tickets held
  4. Choose your ticket numbers
  5. You can then choose whether to add the tickets to an existing payment plan, or to purchase them as a one-off. 

 

How to remove tickets 
  1. Login to your account, then from the buttons at the top right of the screen click 'Your Account’
  2. From this page click on ‘Your Tickets’
  3. Above your tickets, click on ‘Cancel Tickets’ to remove the tickets held.
  4. On the next screen, you'll be prompted with additional options. If you still want to remove a ticket, click on 'Continue to Cancellation' below the options. 
  5. Click on each ticket you wish to remove, then click on 'Cancel Selected tickets'.
  6. Once you have done that, your tickets are cancelled, and you will receive a ticket cancellation email. We also ask for feedback. This is not mandatory, but we would really appreciate your comments!
