How do I buy tickets for more than one cause?

To purchase tickets for more than one good cause, you should purchase all tickets on a single page, and then move some afterward. 

 

To buy tickets:

  1. Click Pay
  2. Search for the organisation you wish to support
  3. Click on their entry. 
  4. On the page, click Buy tickets
  5. You will be prompted to register a user account. If you already have a user account, click Log in here
  6. Choose your ticket numbers
  7. Choose a payment option for your tickets.
    1. Direct debit - you can set up a monthly payment
    2. Debit card - you can set up a monthly payment, or pay for a one-off of 1/3/6/12 months

All done! You'll get an email to confirm your purchase and direct debit agreement (if applicable).

 

To transfer your tickets to another cause:

  1. Login to Your Account, then at the top right of the screen click on Your Account
  2. From this page, click on Your Tickets
  3. On this page you will see some tabs with different options above where your tickets are displayed - Click on Move Tickets
  4. Click on each ticket you wish to move.
  5. In the drop-down menu, choose the organisation you would now like to support
  6. Then select Move Selected Tickets

All done!
