We completely understand that sometimes, a ticket may need to be cancelled and an on-going payment plan cancelled.
Cancelling tickets is easy, just follow the steps below. Once the tickets have been cancelled, this will automatically cancel the payment plan too. The tickets will expire once the full month paid for has elapsed.
- Login to your account, then from the buttons at the top right of the screen click Your Account
- From this page click on Your Tickets
- Above your tickets, there are 5 buttons click on Cancel Tickets to remove the tickets held.
- On the next screen, you'll be prompted with additional options. If you still want to cancel, click on 'Continue to Cancellation' below the options.
- Click on each ticket you wish to cancel, then click on 'Cancel Selected tickets' .
- Once you have done that, your tickets are cancelled, and you will receive a ticket cancellation email. We also ask for feedback. This is not mandatory, but we would really appreciate your comments.
Please note that simply cancelling the direct debit with the bank WILL NOT cancel your tickets and you'll continue to get payment reminder emails until the tickets are cancelled as above.
