Delay in Tickets Being Active (Direct Debit Payments)

You may notice that the number of tickets in the upcoming draw occasionally doesn't match the number of tickets you have listed for your good cause; this is most likely due to these supporters having recently set up Direct Debit agreements as their payment choice.

Direct Debits take ten working days to process, so tickets paid for via this method aren't entered into draws until the Direct Debit is active. This can mean a supporter's first draw may not be for a few weeks after they signed up and bought their tickets.

If a supporter asks about this in regard to the monthly Super Draw, you can assure them that in this regard they are counted from when they made the agreement, not when it went into effect.
