How to view payments and winners' donations

Explains how to view payments and your winners' donations

• We will process payments from ticket sales every month. 
• Winners' donations are made on an ad-hoc basis. They are processed within 10-14 working days of the request from the winner. 
• Depending on when they are claimed, we may pay the winner's donation at the same time as your ticket sales payment. 
• We will email you every time a payment is processed. 

How to check your payments

• Log into your account.
• Click on 'View your dashboard' by your page name, or 'Your account' then 'Dashboard'.

• Click 'Menu' then 'Payments'.
• You will see the amount we have processed for each payment period. To view a week-by-week breakdown, click on 'View' next to the transaction. 

How to check your winners' donations 

• Log into your account.
• Click on 'View your dashboard' by your page name, or 'Your account' then 'Dashboard'.

• Click 'Menu' then 'Winners'.
• You can filter the dates to view the winners' information or you can export the data.
