How do I update my debit card or Direct Debit?

Sometimes, you might need to update your debit card or Direct Debit information on the website, for example, if you have changed bank accounts.

If a payment has failed, we will notify you by email, which will contain a link to update your information on the website. 

Alternatively, you can update your details by going to Your Account > Your tickets > Update payment card/Update direct debit
