How to add a new administrator to the Dashboard

You may want to give additional people access to the cause dashboard so they can access the personalised leaflets, receive email updates and get information on ticket sales etc.

 How to give administrative access

  1. Log in to the existing admin account
  2. Click on 'View Your Dashboard' or go to 'Your account' then 'Dashboard'.
  3. Once you're in the Dashboard, click on 'Menu' in the top right hand corner then 'User Admin'.
  4. Click 'Invite a new admin' and enter their email address.

The new administrator will receive an invitation from the website.
  • If they do not have a user account already, they should register and then they will have access.
  • If they do have a user account, they just need to login.
 All done! They'll now see the fundraiser section when they next log in
