Closing a Cause Page

To close a lottery page, email the support team with the good cause name, preferred date of closure, and reason for closure. 

Before the page is closed, we recommend downloading all payments data from the Dashboard, as you will not have access to this afterwards. 

Payments

• You can copy and paste the transactions into a spreadsheet.

Winners

• You can download all the winners information, including donated wins.

Supporters

• They receive an email from the lottery confirming the closure of the cause page and refund of any draws paid for but not entered.
• If you want to reach out to supporters to give more context, you can find email addresses in the Supporters tab. If a supporter's email field is blank, they opted out of communications and cannot be contacted as per GDPR.
